Amed is a small place by the sea. Villagers live from fishing and rice plantations now small tourism is already developed. Most vacationers come to Amed for the beautiful underwater world. We combine with our yoga retreat and underwater world together. Of course there are visitors here too. Lampuyan and Tirta Ganga temples are very close. Volkan Agung is right in front of the nose and offers a beautiful picture at the sunset. Amed offers clear water for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

07:00 Start the day with a herbal tea or hot water with fresh ginger/lemon and enjoy the sea view.
07:30-09:00: Yoga practice to start the day. Enjoying the sea after yoga.
09:30-10:30: comprehensive, enjoyable breakfast brunch.
11:00-17:00 Lunch: delicious local fruit. Sailing, swimming, sunbathing, relaxation, excursions.
18:00 second yoga session. (Times vary by season).
19:30 Swimming in the Salt Sea.
20:00 Dinner together in Amed local Restaurants
22:00 End the day with a glimpse of the starry sky in mild weather.

ITINERARY "example"

Yoga Event Bali - Amed Coral Garden - daily program

Day 1: Arrival day to Bali Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS). Meeting at Denpasar airport and Transfer to the Hotel (our Driver will be waiting for you on exit of the airport with “Yogacruising” plate). Check-in process and introduction to the event program.

Day 2: You may have tea or coffee before and start your First Yoga Session in the morning. Breakfast time and after breakfast we will walk around the town of Amed. Return to Hotel for Evening Yoga. Yoga and Dinner.

Day 3: Optionally excursion “Sunrise Trekking to Kintamani Mount and Volcano Batur”. The excursion starts at 02.00am and return back to Hotel at 11.00am (Optionally 60,-€ per person). Relaxing on the pool. Yoga Evening and Dinner.

Day 4: Morning Yoga and Breakfast. Today let's experience the submarine in Jameluk bay, colorful fishes and corals, if we are lucky we can see turtles. Return to Hotel for Evening Yoga. Yoga and Dinner.

Day 5: Morning Yoga and Breakfast. Optionally excursion to the Lempuyang and Tirta Ganga Temple and Agung Volcano sweet view (optionally 50,-€ per person). Return to Hotel for Evening Yoga. Yoga and Dinner.

Day 6: Morning Yoga and Breakfast. Optionally daily trip to Ubud. We will visit Rice Terraces, Waterfall in the jungles, Swing with a jungle and rice terraces view and famous Art Market of the city (optionally 75,-€ per person). Return to Hotel for Evening Yoga. Yoga and Dinner.

Day 7: Morning Yoga and Breakfast. Beach Day in Lipah Bay. Colourful underwater of the Lipah beach is the best spot for snorkelling. Chilling on the Beach. Return to Hotel for Evening Yoga. Last Yoga session and Dinner.

Day 8: Breakfast time. Check-out from the hotel and Transfer to the airport DPS.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation in Tradisi, Ganesh Beach Hotel and Blue Earth Hotel.

You have an experienced, always friendly and always courteous English-speaking team at the hotel. The staff guarantees you an excellent service. The hotel cook will always prepare a rich breakfast for you, using fresh local produce.

Rooms have double beds or 2 single beds. Air conditioning, toilet and shower, wardrobe, shelves are available.

Bali can be easily reached by regular airlines and charter companies from all major European cities.

Our transfer staff will be waiting for you at the Denpasar airport or in the hotel reception.

Enjoy the trip! You will travel along a beautiful stretch of nature and prepare for the relaxing vacation you have just started!

Transfer

Transfers are included on departure and arrival days from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Benoa and Seminyak. These are the main tourist areas of Bali, and the free transfers ensure hassle-free transportation to and from Retreat Hotel.

Other regions do not include transfers in Bali. We also offer extra transfers from Ubud, Canggu and other regions.
