Surrounded by the vast extensions of the sea, sometimes lingering in quiet creeks or cozy harbors, it’s easy to unwind from everyday life. Here is the place for you to gather new energies – especially if you find yourself in a demanding or challenging phase of your life.
Next to the sea there is a shoreline to discover, beautiful stretches of nature to explore wether on foot or by bike. In this way you will get to know the country and it’s people in a very personal manner. Moreover you will nurture your fitness and partake of the beauty in an environment-friendly way. You will be guided by our well experienced hiking and travel guides and by your proficient yoga teacher.
Find the way to the heart of yourself
Start the day with a sun salutation on deck! Or some smoothly awakening pawanmukthasana movements, before engaging in a series of more challenging postures.
We offer you a wide range of relaxation techniques in our workshops: Yoga on board, meditation on the beach, Qigong in scenic environments, T’ai Chi performed in historical ruins, and much more – here you will not only discover the picturesque scenery but also new horizons of your mind and an intimate access to yourself.
When do we practice yoga?
In general two yoga sessions per day are offered.
Each yoga session has a duration of 90 minutes, in the mornings and evenings.
Where do the yoga sessions take place?
Normally the yoga sessions are given on deck, while the yacht is mooring in a quiet bay, in the mornings and evenings.
In some bays there is a possibility to perform the yoga session on land, for instance on the beach or on a larger wooden jetty.
High quality yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are provided for you on the yacht. Nevertheless we recommend participants to bring their own equipment if they have special personal preferences.
